Job Description – Health Insurance Sales Executive
Job Overview
We are looking for a motivated, customer-focused, and result-oriented Health Insurance Executive to join our team. The candidate will be responsible for promoting health and general insurance products, generating leads, advising customers on suitable insurance plans, and achieving sales targets while maintaining excellent customer relationships.
Key Responsibilities
- Explain health insurance policies, coverage, benefits, premiums, and terms to prospective customers.
- Generate leads and convert them into successful sales opportunities.
- Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable health and general insurance plans.
- Follow up with prospective customers to close sales and achieve monthly targets.
- Build and maintain solid customer relationships to encourage renewals and referrals.
- Assist customers with policy issuance, renewals, and basic claim-related queries.
- Maintain accurate customer records, sales reports, and follow-up details.
- Ensure professional communication and a customer-centric approach throughout the sales process.
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
Ability to commute/relocate:
- Noida Sector 62, Noida, Uttar Pradesh: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
Experience:
- Health Insurance Sales Executive: 1 year (Required)
