- Staff Deployment & Attendance: Ensure required housekeeping personnel are on duty at assigned client sites; arrange immediate replacements for absenteeism or leave. [1, 2]
- Site Inspections: Conduct regular scheduled and surprise field visits to check cleaning standards, staff grooming, proper uniforms, and adherence to safety protocols. [1, 2, 3]
- Client Coordination: Act as the primary point of contact for clients, handle day-to-day feedback, and resolve housekeeping or service escalations promptly. [1, 2, 3]
- Reporting & Documentation: Maintain daily/weekly attendance logs, inspection checklists, and manpower deployment records. [1, 2]
- Training & Compliance: Guide housekeeping attendants on proper cleaning techniques, chemical/equipment handling, and company/client safety guidelines. [1, 2, 3]
- Inventory & Maintenance Liaison: Monitor cleaning supply usage at sites and report facility maintenance or repair needs to the engineering team

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
