About The Vital Theory

The Vital Theory is a modern wellness & nutraceutical brand focused on making everyday health products more effective, accessible and visually exciting.

We’re looking for a creative and detail-oriented Graphic Designer who can help build the visual identity of the brand across digital, social media, packaging and marketing.

What You’ll Do

- Create engaging social media creatives, posts, stories and campaigns
- Design product creatives, banners and marketing collaterals
- Work on packaging, labels and product mockups
- Develop creative concepts that align with The Vital Theory’s brand identity
- Create visuals for website, marketplaces and digital campaigns
- Collaborate with the marketing and brand team on campaigns and launches
- Maintain consistency across fonts, colours, layouts and overall visual language
- Adapt designs into multiple formats and platforms
- Stay updated with current design, branding and social media trends

What We’re Looking For

- 1–3 years of relevant graphic design experience
- Strong command of Adobe Photoshop & Illustrator




- Knowledge of Figma and/or Canva is a plus
- Good understanding of branding, typography, layouts and visual hierarchy
- Strong attention to detail
- Ability to understand a brief and turn it into a strong visual concept
- A good eye for modern, premium and minimal design
- Experience with D2C, FMCG, beauty, wellness or nutraceutical brands is a plus
