- Handle customer inquiries through email, phone, and other communication channels.
- Prepare quotations, cost estimates, and commercial proposals.
- Follow up with customers regarding quotations, orders, and pending inquiries.
- Coordinate with the external sales team, production, and dispatch departments.
- Maintain customer databases, sales records, and inquiry trackers.
- Prepare sales reports and assist in achieving sales targets.
- Understand customer technical requirements and recommend suitable products or solutions.
- Process customer purchase orders and coordinate order execution.
- Develop and maintain positive relationships with existing customers.
- Support the sales team in lead generation and current business development.
Pay: ₹8,000.00 - ₹27,000.00 per month
