Job Overview

We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented Video Editor who can produce high-quality videos for social media, promotional campaigns, real estate marketing, and brand awareness. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience with professional video editing software, audio repair, sound design, and automatic captioning tools.

Key Responsibilities

- Edit and produce engaging videos for Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts, Facebook, and other social media platforms.
- Create real estate promotional videos, property walkthroughs, reels, interviews, and marketing campaigns.
- Use CapCut, Adobe Premiere Pro, and DaVinci Resolve for professional video editing.
- Perform audio cleaning, noise reduction, voice enhancement, and audio repair using iZotope RX Elements or similar tools.
- Add background music, sound effects, transitions, and sound design using Epidemic Sound or other suitable audio libraries.
- Generate, synchronise, and correct automatic captions and subtitles using AI-powered captioning tools.
- Maintain consistent video quality, brand identity, and storytelling across all content.




- Perform colour correction, colour grading, and basic visual enhancement.
- Optimise videos for different social media platforms and aspect ratios.
- Collaborate with the content and marketing teams to meet deadlines and campaign requirements.
- Organise project files, footage, audio assets, and final exports efficiently.

Required Skills & Software

1. Video Editing

- CapCut
- Adobe Premiere Pro
- DaVinci Resolve

2. Audio Repair & Sound Design

- iZotope RX Elements for audio repair and noise reduction, or equivalent tools.
- Epidemic Sound or similar music and sound-effect libraries.
- Knowledge of dialogue cleaning, sound balancing, and audio enhancement.

3. Auto-Captioning Tools

- Experience with AI-powered automatic captioning and subtitle tools.
- Ability to correct transcription errors and synchronise captions accurately.

4. Additional Skills

- Basic colour grading and visual effects.
- Understanding of social media video formats and trends.
- Strong storytelling, creativity, and attention to detail.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
