As a Management Trainee, you will receive practical training and guidance to understand business operations, interact with customers, develop new business opportunities, and gradually take responsibility for managing a team.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop strong communication and interpersonal skills through practical training.
- Interact with customers and understand their requirements.
- Assist in developing new business opportunities through different channels.
- Learn and implement effective customer relationship and business development strategies.
- Participate in recruitment and team-building activities.
- Train, guide, and support team members to improve their performance.
- Monitor team performance and work towards achieving monthly and yearly business objectives.
- Take responsibility for team coordination and day-to-day activities as you progress.
