Note: Candidates must have relevant freight forwarding experience. Candidates with experience exclusively in CHA/customs clearance are not suitable for this role.

Job Summary
We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Sea Import Executive with 2–2.5 years of experience in handling sea import operations. The candidate will be responsible for managing end-to-end import shipment processes, coordinating with customers, shipping lines, overseas agents and internal teams to ensure smooth and timely clearance and delivery of cargo.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle complete sea import operations from shipment pre-alert to final delivery.
- Coordinate with overseas agents, shipping lines, and customers.
- Monitor shipment movements and provide regular status updates to clients.
- Verify shipping documents such as Commercial Invoice, Packing List, Arrival Notice, and Delivery Orders.
- Arrange delivery of cargo and resolve operational issues proactively.
- Prepare and maintain import-related documentation and records.
- Ensure compliance with company SOPs, shipping regulations, and customer requirements.
- Manage invoicing, cost approvals, and shipment profitability as per company guidelines.
- Address customer queries and provide effective solutions to operational concerns.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Graduate in any discipline.
- 2–2.5 years of experience in Sea Import Operations within International Freight Forwarding, Logistics.
- Valuable understanding of import documentation and shipping regulations.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
- Strong communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work under deadlines and manage multiple shipments simultaneously.
- Customer-focused approach with attention to detail.
