Job Description:

We are looking for an organized and responsible Store Manager to manage inventory, receiving, issuing, stock control, and store operations for a concept bar & restaurant in Undri, Pune.

The candidate should have strong experience in restaurant or hospitality stores, with good knowledge of food, beverage, liquor, dry goods, packaging, cleaning supplies, and operational consumables. The ideal candidate should be accurate with records, disciplined with stock movement, and capable of coordinating closely with the kitchen, bar, operations, and purchase teams.

Key Responsibilities:

- Manage day-to-day store operations and maintain accurate inventory records.
- Receive food, beverage, liquor, packaging, cleaning materials, and other supplies as per purchase orders.
- Check quantity, quality, expiry dates, rates, and condition of all incoming goods.
- Maintain GRN, inward, outward, issue, return, and stock transfer records.
- Issue materials to kitchen, bar, housekeeping, and operations departments as per approved requisitions.
- Maintain proper FIFO / FEFO, labelling, storage, and stock rotation practices.
- Conduct daily, weekly, and monthly physical stock counts.
- Monitor opening stock, purchases, issues, wastage, breakage, transfers, and closing stock.
- Maintain separate control over liquor, premium beverages, high-value ingredients, and sensitive inventory.
- Track minimum stock levels and inform management/purchase team about replenishment requirements.
- Coordinate with vendors and purchase team for deliveries, shortages, damaged goods, and replacements.
- Maintain cleanliness, hygiene, organization, and safety inside the store.
- Ensure storage temperatures and conditions are maintained where required.
- Identify slow-moving, excess, expired,



or near-expiry stock and report it to management.
- Support stock audits, cost control, and variance analysis.
- Maintain records in Excel, Google Sheets, POS/inventory software, or ERP as applicable.
- Prepare daily or periodic stock reports for management.
- Ensure no material is issued without proper authorization or documentation.

Candidate Requirements:

- Prior experience as Store Manager, Store Keeper, Inventory Executive, F&B; Storekeeper, or similar role preferred.
- Experience in restaurants, bars, hotels, catering companies, or hospitality businesses preferred.
- Good knowledge of food, beverage, liquor, and consumable inventory.
- Comfortable with stock counting, GRN, requisitions, purchase coordination, and stock reconciliation.
- Basic knowledge of Excel / Google Sheets and inventory software required.
- Strong attention to detail and numerical accuracy.
- Should be disciplined, honest, organized, and process-oriented.
- Comfortable working weekends, public holidays, and restaurant operating schedules when required.
- Candidate should be currently located in or willing to travel/relocate to Undri, Pune.

Qualification:

12th pass / Graduate preferred.
Relevant hospitality stores or inventory experience will be given priority.
