In this role, you will connect with prospective buyers, present real estate investment opportunities, arrange property site visits, and close deals. Key Responsibilities * Identify potential buyers and generate leads for residential and commercial real estate projects. * Contact prospective clients to present property options, pricing plans, and project highlights. * Schedule and conduct property site visits with interested buyers.



* Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients to drive repeat business and referrals. * Coordinate with the internal sales team to finalize paperwork, negotiations, and closing deals. * Stay updated on current local real estate market trends in Patna and surrounding areas. Qualifications & Requirements * Experience: 0–2 years of experience in sales, field marketing, or real estate (freshers with strong communication skills are welcome to apply). * Skills: Strong persuasive communication, negotiation skills, and a confident personality. * Work Style: Self-motivated, target-driven, and comfortable working independently in a hybrid/freelance model. * Language: Fluent in Hindi; basic understanding of English. * Local Knowledge: Good familiarity with Patna regions, land developments, and real estate market dynamics.
