Site Engineer – Civil

Salary: Starting at ₹35,000 per month, based on qualifications and experience

M& Constructions Builders is looking for a qualified and motivated Site Engineer to oversee construction activities on a major project in Bengaluru. The successful candidate will help ensure work is carried out safely, to the required quality, and according to project plans and schedules.

Responsibilities

- Supervise day-to-day construction activities at the project site.

- Coordinate with contractors, subcontractors, workers, and project teams.

- Monitor work progress and ensure it follows approved drawings and specifications.

- Check the quality of materials and workmanship.

- Track site progress, maintain records, and report issues or delays.





- Help enforce site safety requirements and resolve on-site construction issues.

Requirements

- Diploma or degree in Civil Engineering.

- Some relevant experience in construction or site supervision.

- Good understanding of construction methods, drawings, and site practices.

- Strong communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills.

- Willingness to work on-site in Bengaluru.
