About the Role

Koelle Designs Pvt. Ltd., a garment manufacturing and export company, is looking for a result-oriented Central Accessories Purchase Manager to manage centralized procurement activities across multiple manufacturing units. The candidate will be responsible for sourcing garment accessories, developing vendor relationships, negotiating competitive prices, controlling procurement costs, and ensuring timely availability of materials to support uninterrupted production.

Key Responsibilities

- Centralized Procurement: Manage the purchase of garment accessories, trims, and production-related materials for multiple manufacturing units.
- Accessories Sourcing: Procure buttons, zippers, labels, hangtags, elastics, sewing threads, laces, tapes, interlinings, packaging materials, and other garment accessories.
- Vendor Management: Identify, evaluate, develop, and maintain reliable suppliers and vendors.
- Price Negotiation: Negotiate competitive prices, payment terms, credit periods, minimum order quantities, and delivery schedules.
- Purchase Planning: Coordinate with Merchandising, PPC, Production, Stores, and Sampling teams to understand requirements and ensure timely procurement.
- Order Management: Prepare and monitor purchase orders, track pending supplies, and ensure timely delivery as per production requirements.
- Cost Control: Conduct rate comparisons, maintain approved price lists, and identify cost-saving opportunities without compromising quality.
- Quality Coordination:



Ensure materials meet approved specifications, samples, buyer requirements, and quality standards.
- Inventory Coordination: Coordinate with store teams to monitor stock availability, prevent shortages, and avoid unnecessary purchases or excess inventory.
- Inter-Unit Coordination: Ensure accessories are procured and distributed efficiently across manufacturing units according to production priorities.
- Documentation & Reporting: Maintain purchase records, supplier databases, quotations, comparative statements, purchase orders, and procurement reports.
- Issue Resolution: Handle supplier delays, material shortages, quality discrepancies, and other procurement-related issues.

Candidate Requirements

- 4–5 years of relevant experience in accessories purchasing or procurement, preferably in the garment manufacturing and export industry.
- Strong knowledge of garment accessories, trims, labels, packaging materials, and related specifications.
- Proven experience in vendor development, price negotiation, and cost optimization.
- Good understanding of purchase planning, lead times, stock coordination, and order tracking.
- Proficiency in MS Excel and purchase documentation.
- Experience with ERP or inventory management systems will be an added advantage.
- Strong communication, analytical, coordination, and follow-up skills.




- Ability to manage multiple purchase requirements and work effectively with cross-functional teams.
