About the Role

We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Upwork Bidder & Client Engagement Executive with solid English communication skills and experience in social media management. The candidate will be responsible for managing Upwork bidding activities, engaging with potential clients, generating business leads, and maintaining our company's presence on social media platforms such as Instagram and LinkedIn.

Key Responsibilities

- Upwork Bidding: Search for relevant projects, submit tailored proposals, and identify potential business opportunities on Upwork.
- Client Engagement: Communicate with prospective clients professionally through messages, emails, and online meetings.
- Lead Generation: Research potential clients and identify opportunities to generate new business.
- Social Media Management: Manage company profiles on Instagram and LinkedIn, including content posting, engagement, and profile maintenance.
- Content Coordination: Assist in creating engaging social media posts, captions, and updates to improve brand visibility.
- Follow-ups: Follow up with prospective clients, maintain communication records, and support relationship building.
- Performance Tracking: Monitor bidding activities, client responses, lead generation, and social media engagement.
- Team Coordination: Work closely with the internal team to understand services and prepare effective client proposals.

Required Skills & Qualifications

- Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.




- Good understanding of professional email writing and client communication.
- Knowledge of Upwork bidding, proposal writing, or freelance marketplaces.
- Familiarity with Instagram and LinkedIn management.
- Basic knowledge of social media content planning and engagement.
- Good research, organizational, and time-management skills.
- Ability to communicate confidently and build professional client relationships.
- Basic computer skills and proficiency with MS Office or Google Workspace.

Preferred Qualifications

- Previous experience in Upwork bidding, business development, or client engagement.
- Experience managing Instagram and LinkedIn business profiles.
- Knowledge of lead generation, proposal writing, and online business development.
- Familiarity with tools such as ChatGPT or Gemini for research, communication, and content assistance.
