Job Description: Admission Counsellor

Job Summary

We are looking for a confident, enthusiastic, and student-oriented Admission Counsellor to manage admission enquiries, guide parents through the admission process, and contribute to achieving the school’s admission targets.

Key Responsibilities

- Handle admission enquiries through phone calls, walk-ins, emails, and other communication channels.
- Counsel parents regarding the school’s curriculum, facilities, fee structure, and admission procedures.
- Follow up with prospective parents to convert enquiries into confirmed admissions.
- Maintain accurate records of enquiries, follow-ups, applications, and admissions.
- Coordinate with the academic and administrative teams to ensure a smooth admission process.
- Conduct school tours and explain the school’s offerings to prospective parents.
- Support admission campaigns, outreach activities, and promotional events.
- Prepare daily and periodic admission reports for management.




- Ensure a positive parent experience through professional communication and timely responses.

Qualifications & Experience

- Graduate in any discipline; a degree in counselling, management, or communication will be an advantage.
- 1–3 years of experience in admissions, counselling, customer service, or sales, preferably in the education sector.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Robust interpersonal, convincing, and follow-up skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office and maintaining data records.
