*Hiring: Loan Manager

*Location:* Delhi NCR, Indore, Mumbai, Surat, Chennai, Hyderabad & Pune

*Job Type:* Full-Time | On-Rolls

*Job Responsibilities:*

- Acquire gold loan customers through field visits and doorstep services.

- Evaluate gold ornaments and verify customers’ KYC documents.

- Process and ensure timely loan disbursement.

- Generate leads through existing customers and referrals.

- Achieve monthly sales targets and drive revenue growth.

- Build strong customer relationships and generate repeat business.

- Travel within the assigned territory to meet customers.

- Coordinate with internal teams for customer support and grievance resolution.

*Eligibility Criteria:*

- Graduate in any stream.

- Minimum 1 year of experience in Gold Loan Sales or Gold Valuation.





- Prior experience in NBFCs or financial services will be an advantage.

- Good communication and sales skills.

- Comfortable with fieldwork, doorstep customer visits and gold evaluation.

- Target-oriented and customer-focused approach.
