The Room Wave is looking for a passionate and driven Sales Manager to join our growing team in Coimbatore.
We design and build bespoke home cinemas, media rooms, luxury entertainment spaces, and premium audio-visual solutions for homeowners, architects, interior designers, and real estate developers.
Role: Sales Manager
Location: Coimbatore, Tamil Nadu
Experience: 2+ years in sales
Industry: Home Automation / Audio-Visual / Interior / Luxury Products preferred
Key Responsibilities
- Generate and convert leads for home cinema and premium AV projects.
- Meet clients, understand their requirements, and propose suitable solutions.
- Prepare quotations, presentations, and product demonstrations.
- Develop relationships with homeowners, architects, interior designers, builders, and developers.
- Identify new business opportunities and partnerships.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Coordinate with the design, technical, and installation teams throughout the project.
- Travel to client sites regularly once a project starts and monitor project progress through to handover.
- Act as the primary point of contact for the client after the project begins, ensuring smooth communication and coordination.
- Manage the client relationship and overall process until successful project completion and handover.
- Maintain strong after-sales relationships and identify opportunities for additional business.
What We’re Looking For
- 2+ years of sales experience.
- Experience in audio-visual, home automation, interiors, real estate, luxury products, or related industries is preferred.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Strong client relationship and follow-up skills.
- Target-oriented and self-motivated.
- Willingness to travel to client locations.
- Basic understanding of home theatre/audio-visual products is an advantage.
- Ability to coordinate multiple teams and projects effectively.
