**1. Semi-Qualified CA / CA Inter**

**Budget:** ₹50,000 – ₹60,000 per month

**Experience:** 3–5 years

**2. Chartered Accountant (CA)**

**Budget:** ₹80,000 – ₹90,000 per month

**Experience:** 1–3 years

### Key Responsibilities:

* Internal Audit & Process Reviews

* Risk Assessment & Controls

* SOP, Process Notes & Flowcharts

* IFC, RCM & Compliance Reviews

* Operational Audits

* Audit Reporting & Follow-ups

### Key Skills:

* Strong understanding of business processes & controls

* Analytical and detail-oriented approach

* Valuable communication & report-writing skills

* Proficiency in MS Excel & PowerPoint
