- Make outbound calls to prospective customers and follow up on enquiries.
- Handle incoming calls and respond to customer queries professionally.
- Schedule showroom visits and test drives for interested customers.
- Follow up with customers regarding sales enquiries, offers, and vehicle bookings.
- Maintain customer details, call records, and follow-up status in the CRM/DMS.
- Contact existing customers for feedback and customer satisfaction.
- Coordinate with the sales team to convert enquiries into sales opportunities.
- Make follow-up calls to customers as per the daily calling plan.
- Maintain polite and qualified communication with all customers.
Pay: ₹13,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
