We work with doctors, clinics, and hospitals to help them communicate their expertise, strengthen their digital presence, build professional credibility, and reach a wider audience through healthcare education, video content, doctor branding, and digital marketing services.

We are looking for a confident, self-motivated Marketing Executive who can connect with doctors, understand their professional needs, present our services effectively, and develop long-term business relationships.

Job Responsibilities

- Visit doctors, clinics, hospitals, and healthcare professionals across Nagpur to introduce DocTalk Nagpur and its services.
- Pitch our healthcare content creation, doctor branding, digital marketing, social media management, and video production services.
- Schedule appointments and conduct professional meetings with doctors and hospital management.
- Understand the requirements of prospective clients and recommend suitable services.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with doctors, clinic owners, hospital administrators, and decision-makers.
- Generate new business leads through field visits, telephone calls, referrals, and professional networking.
- Follow up with prospective clients, prepare proposals, negotiate commercial terms within approved guidelines, and convert leads into paying clients.
- Maintain records of client meetings, leads, follow-ups, and sales performance.
- Coordinate with the internal content and production team to ensure a smooth client onboarding process.
- Achieve monthly targets for client acquisition, meetings, and business development.

Required Skills & Qualifications

- Excellent communication, interpersonal,



and presentation skills.
- Confidence in meeting and speaking with doctors and senior healthcare professionals.
- Strong persuasion, negotiation, and relationship-building abilities.
- A proactive, target-oriented approach with the ability to work independently.
- Willingness to travel locally across Nagpur for client meetings and field visits.
- Basic knowledge of digital marketing, social media, and video content is an advantage.
- Familiarity with MS Office, Google Sheets, WhatsApp Business, or CRM tools is preferred.
- A two-wheeler and valid driving licence would be an advantage for field visits.
