Job Description:
We are looking for an experienced AGM – Finance & Accounts to lead our finance team and oversee financial planning, accounting, budgeting, taxation, statutory compliance, and financial reporting.
Key Requirements:
- Qualification: B.Com / M.Com with CA Inter / CA Final.
- Experience: Minimum 10 years of relevant experience.
- Industry Preference: Experience in the construction or real estate industry is preferred.
- Leadership: Proven experience in managing a finance team with strong leadership and team management skills.
- Core Skills: Strong knowledge of financial management, accounting, taxation, GST, statutory compliance, budgeting, and financial reporting.
- Age Preference: Candidates below 50 years are preferred.
Preferred Candidate: A result-oriented professional with robust analytical, communication, decision-making, and leadership skills.
