Tech Vedhu is hiring enthusiastic and motivated candidates for the position of Inside Sales Executive / Business Development Associate. This is an excellent opportunity for fresh graduates looking to start their careers in sales, business development, and customer relationship management.
Salary Structure
First 2 Months – Probation Period
- Fixed Salary: ₹17,000 per month
- Variable Pay: Up to ₹13,000 per month
- Total Monthly Earnings: Up to ₹30,000
After Successful Completion of the 2-Month Probation Period
- Fixed Salary: ₹4,00,000 per annum (4 LPA)
- Variable Pay: Up to ₹3,00,000 per annum (3 LPA)
- Total Annual Earning Potential: Up to ₹7,00,000 (7 LPA), based on performance and applicable incentive terms.
Key Responsibilities
- Make outbound calls to potential customers and explain company products and services.
- Generate leads and identify new business opportunities.
- Follow up with prospective customers and convert leads into sales.
- Build and maintain robust customer relationships.
- Achieve sales targets and contribute to team goals.
- Maintain customer records and update sales activities.
- Coordinate with the team to achieve business objectives.
Eligibility Criteria
- Freshers and candidates with 0–6 months of experience can apply.
- Any graduate is eligible.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Confidence in speaking with customers over the phone.
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
- Target-oriented and self-motivated.
- Knowledge of Tamil, Telugu,Hindi,Malayalam or Kannada .
