Senior Accounts & Billing Executive

Company: Matta Hardware Pvt. Ltd.
Location: Sector 18-D, Chandigarh

We are looking for an experienced, responsible, and detail-oriented Senior Accounts & Billing Executive to manage day-to-day accounting, billing operations, and financial records of our hardware and kitchen accessories business.

Key Responsibilities

- Handle daily sales and purchase billing, including GST invoices.
- Maintain accounting records, ledgers, and vouchers.
- Manage sales, purchase, debit notes, credit notes, and payment entries.
- Monitor outstanding payments, receivables etc.
- Verify bills, invoices, and supporting documents for accuracy.
- Coordinate with customers, suppliers, and internal departments regarding accounts and billing matters.
- Supervise billing activities and ensure timely and accurate accounting entries.
- Generate sales, purchase, stock-related, and other accounting reports as required.





Eligibility & Requirements

- Experience: Minimum 2–5 years in accounting and billing.
- Education: B.Com or equivalent qualification preferred.
- Good working knowledge of GST, TDS, and basic accounting principles.
- Proficiency in accounting software such as BUSY, Tally, or equivalent.
- Good command of MS Excel and computer operations.
- Strong numerical accuracy, attention to detail, and organizational skills.
- Ability to independently handle accounting and billing responsibilities.Salary & Advantages
- Salary: Negotiable, based on experience and skills.
- Full-time position.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
