Job Summary

We are looking for a driven Marketing Person to plan, develop, and execute marketing campaigns that increase brand awareness and drive business growth. In this role, you will manage multi-channel campaigns, analyze consumer trends, and create compelling content. The ideal candidate is a creative storyteller with a data-driven mindset who can manage projects from concept to completion.

Key Responsibilities

- Visit clients,



prospects, businesses, and potential customers to promote company products and services.
- Generate new leads through field visits, networking, cold calling, referrals, and local market activities.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective customers.
- Explain company products/services, pricing, offers, and benefits to customers.
- Identify new business opportunities and potential market areas.
- Conduct promotional activities, presentations, meetings, and demonstrations as required.
- Follow up with leads and convert prospects into customers.
- Collect customer requirements and coordinate with the internal team for further action.
- Maintain regular records of customer visits, leads, follow-ups, and sales activities.
- Monitor competitor activities and provide relevant market feedback to management.
- Represent the company professionally during customer meetings and outdoor events.
- Submit daily/weekly field visit and marketing activity reports.
- Travel within the assigned territory as required for business development activities.
- Travel allowances will be provided.

Required Skills & Qualifications

- 12th / Diploma / Any Degree.
- Freshers can apply.
- 0–2 years of experience in marketing or sales is preferred.
- Basic computer and social media knowledge.
- Good follow-up and customer-handling skills.
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn.

Pay: From ₹17,500.00 per month
