Job Summary

We are seeking a well-organized and professional Executive Assistant to support the CEO with administrative tasks, scheduling, communication, and business coordination. The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple priorities efficiently.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage the CEO’s calendar, appointments, meetings, and travel arrangements.
- Handle emails and prepare professional business communications.
- Prepare reports, presentations, meeting minutes, and other documents.
- Coordinate with internal teams, clients, and external stakeholders.
- Track tasks, follow up on action items, and monitor deadlines.
- Assist with business meetings, project coordination, and administrative activities.
- Maintain confidentiality of sensitive business information.
- Support communication with international clients and partners when required.

Requirements





- Minimum 2 years of experience in an Executive Assistant or similar role.
- Strong written and verbal English communication skills.
- Excellent organizational, multitasking, and time-management abilities.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint).
- Professional attitude, attention to detail, and discretion.
- Experience in international business communication will be an added advantage.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
