Position - Mechanical Design Engineer – 2D

Job Location – Plot 2/2/2, Gat no 627, Tal-khed, kuruli, Pune, Maharashtra 410501

Role responsibility

· Good communication skills for effective coordination and technical discussions with clients.

· Proficiency in pharmaceutical components, including Tri-Clamp (TC) fittings, sterile flanges, elbows, and machined components.

- Proficiency in developing 2D engineering drawings using AutoCAD Software.
- Ability to provide prompt engineering support during project enquiry and execution.
- Design pressure vessels as per URS and client requirements.
- Perform design feasibility, performance, and cost-effectiveness analysis.
- Evaluate and respond to technical queries raised by clients.
- Operate PV ELITE Software and perform manual design calculations.




- Knowledge of applicable industry standards and regulatory requirements for biopharmaceutical equipment design and manufacturing is preferred.
- Coordinate with production, quality, and other cross-functional teams for smooth execution.
- Ensure compliance with industry standards and safety regulations.
- Prepare technical documentation and reports.
- Working knowledge of ASME BPE Guidelines is preferred.

Required Skills

· AutoCAD – 2D ASME B16.5 Pipe Flanges and Flanged Fittings.

· ASME Sec-VIII Div-1 AutoCAD – 2D

· PV ELITE Software
