Job Summary

The Senior Telesales Executive will be responsible for generating leads, contacting potential customers over the phone, promoting company products or services, converting prospects into customers, and achieving sales targets. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, strong convincing abilities, and experience in telesales or telemarketing.

Key Responsibilities

- Make outbound calls to prospective customers and generate sales leads.
- Handle inbound sales inquiries and convert them into business opportunities.
- Explain company products and services clearly to potential customers.
- Follow up with leads and maintain regular communication with prospects.
- Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
- Identify customer needs and recommend suitable products or services.
- Handle customer objections and resolve sales-related queries professionally.
- Maintain and update customer information, call records, and lead status in the CRM or sales tracker.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential customers.




- Coordinate with the sales team to improve lead conversion rates.

Required Qualifications and Skills

- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Commerce, or a related field preferred.
- 2–5 years of experience in telesales, telemarketing, inside sales, or a similar role.
- Excellent verbal communication and active listening skills.
- Strong convincing, negotiation, and objection-handling abilities.
- Ability to build rapport with customers over the phone.
- Target-oriented mindset with a proven track record of achieving sales goals.
- Positive follow-up, time management, and organizational skills.
