We are looking for a technically sound and proactive IT Executive with 1–2 years of practical experience in basic networking, troubleshooting, and IT support. The candidate will be responsible for resolving day-to-day technical issues related to computers, laptops, printers, internet connectivity, and other IT equipment to ensure smooth business operations.

Key Responsibilities

- Provide day-to-day technical support to employees for computer, laptop, printer, and other IT-related issues.
- Troubleshoot hardware and software problems and resolve them within the required timeframe.
- Handle basic networking issues, including LAN connectivity, Wi-Fi, and internet access.
- Install, configure, and maintain computer systems, laptops, printers, and other IT peripherals.
- Install and update operating systems, drivers, antivirus software, and other required applications.
- Diagnose and resolve printer-related issues, including connectivity, configuration, and printing errors.
- Assist employees with email configuration, software installation, and basic technical queries.
- Maintain IT equipment inventory and update records of issued and available assets.
- Coordinate with external vendors for hardware repairs, maintenance, and technical support whenever required.




- Ensure proper functioning and routine maintenance of IT systems and equipment.
- Maintain records of IT complaints, troubleshooting activities, and issue resolution.
- Support basic data backup and IT security practices as per company guidelines.

Required Skills & Qualifications

- Graduate or Diploma holder in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- 1–2 years of relevant experience in IT support, desktop support, or a similar role.
- Practical knowledge of computer and laptop hardware troubleshooting.
- Basic understanding of networking, LAN, Wi-Fi, routers, switches, and internet connectivity.
- Hands-on experience in troubleshooting printer and scanner issues.
- Basic knowledge of Windows operating systems, software installation, and driver configuration.
- Ability to identify technical problems and resolve routine issues independently.
- Positive communication skills and a service-oriented approach.
- Willingness to provide on-site technical support to employees as required.
