We are looking for an energetic, confident, and result-oriented Telecaller to handle customer enquiries, generate leads, follow up with prospective customers and students, and drive sales and admissions for SalonMart and IIHMBA Beauty Academy.

Key Responsibilities

For SalonMart India Pvt. Ltd.

- Make outbound calls to prospective customers and follow up on incoming enquiries.
- Promote beauty, skincare, haircare, cosmetics, and qualified salon products.
- Explain product offerings, promotions, and business opportunities to potential customers.
- Generate leads, follow up with prospects, and convert enquiries into sales.
- Maintain customer databases and update call records regularly.

For IIHMBA Beauty Academy

- Call prospective students regarding beauty, hair, makeup, skincare, and other professional beauty courses.
- Explain course details, duration, eligibility, fees, and admission procedures.
- Follow up with interested candidates and convert enquiries into confirmed admissions.
- Coordinate counselling sessions, academy visits, and admission follow-ups.




- Maintain enquiry records and achieve monthly admission targets.

Required Skills

- Excellent communication and convincing skills.
- Confidence in handling outbound calls and customer enquiries.
- Strong follow-up, lead management, and conversion skills.
- Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with Excel or CRM tools.
- Target-oriented attitude with a focus on sales and admissions.

Experience & Qualification

- Minimum 12th pass; graduates will be preferred.
- Prior experience in telecalling, telesales, customer service, counselling, or admissions is preferred.
- Freshers with excellent communication skills and a willingness to achieve targets may also apply.

Salary

As per experience and industry standards, with performance-based incentives as per company policy.
