Job Responsibilities:
- Source candidates through job portals, social media, references, and other recruitment channels.
- Screen resumes and shortlist suitable candidates.
- Contact candidates and schedule interviews.
- Coordinate with hiring managers and follow up with candidates.
- Maintain candidate databases and recruitment records.
- Ensure timely closure of assigned vacancies.
- Prepare daily recruitment reports and meet hiring targets.
Required Skills:
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Basic computer knowledge, including MS Excel and email.
- Candidate sourcing, screening, and follow-up skills.
- Ability to work independently and achieve targets.
Qualification: Graduate or equivalent; relevant HR experience is preferred.
Salary: As per experience and company policy.
2. Sales & Marketing Executive
Job Responsibilities:
- Generate leads and identify potential customers.
- Contact customers and explain company products and services.
- Develop and maintain customer relationships.
- Follow up on quotations, orders, and payments.
- Achieve assigned sales targets.
- Submit daily sales and follow-up reports.
Required Skills:
- Good communication and negotiation skills.
- Customer handling and lead-generation abilities.
- Basic computer and reporting skills.
Qualification: Graduate or equivalent; sales experience is an advantage.
Salary: As per experience, with applicable incentives as per company policy.
