· Sample Collection & Handling: Responsible for drawing blood, collecting samples, and properly labeling specimens to ensure patient identification.

· Diagnostic Testing: Perform laboratory tests including, but not limited to, hematology, clinical chemistry, microbiology, and immunology tests

· Analysis & Data Recording: Use specialized equipment like microscopes, automated analyzers, and computers to detect abnormal cells or pathogens, recording results in patient records.

· Equipment Maintenance & Quality Control: Regularly calibrate, troubleshoot, and maintain laboratory instruments to ensure accurate and reliable results.

· Safety Adherence: Follow strict biosafety protocols, including the sterilization of equipment and proper disposal of biohazardous waste.

· Reporting:



Communicate findings and test results to physicians and healthcare providers promptly.

· Audit & Compliance: Prepare data and documents for internal and external audits. Ensure compliance with regulatory standards, licensing requirements, and lab accreditation norms.

· Skills & Competencies: Solid knowledge of laboratory processes (Hematology, Biochemistry, Microbiology, Clinical Pathology). Ability to manage team, workflow, and emergencies. Good communication and coordination skills. Excellent problem-solving and decision-making ability. Technical proficiency with lab equipment and LIS software.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
