Eligibility:

* Graduate in any discipline

* 2–5 years of experience in real estate marketing

* Valuable communication, negotiation, and client-handling skills

* Ability to generate leads and convert prospects into customers

* Knowledge of digital marketing and property promotion will be an advantage

Job Responsibilities:

* Develop and implement marketing strategies to promote real estate projects.

* Generate leads and follow up with prospective customers.

* Coordinate property visits and client meetings.

* Manage marketing campaigns and promotional activities.

* Build and maintain strong customer relationships.

* Achieve sales and marketing targets.

Salary: Negotiable + Attractive Incentives

Location: Pothencode, Thiruvananthapuram, Kerala
