Job Overview

Elora Wellness Private Limited is looking for an experienced Digital Marketing Executive with 1–3 years of hands-on experience in digital marketing, paid advertising, SEO, campaign management, and performance marketing.

The ideal candidate should have practical experience in managing digital campaigns, analyzing performance data, optimizing marketing activities, and implementing strategies that drive leads, conversions, website traffic, and overall business growth.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop, execute, and optimize Meta Ads and Google Ads campaigns based on business objectives.
- Develop and implement digital marketing strategies to increase brand visibility, leads, conversions, and online growth.
- Plan and manage lead generation and performance marketing campaigns, with a focus on lead quality and conversion.
- Monitor and optimize campaign performance based on CPL, CPA, ROAS, CTR, conversion rate, and other key metrics.
- Manage end-to-end campaign planning, execution, monitoring, and optimization.
- Conduct SEO activities, including keyword research, on-page SEO, off-page SEO, and performance monitoring.
- Manage and analyze data using Google Analytics and Google Search Console.
- Develop and execute social media marketing strategies aligned with business goals.
- Plan content requirements and coordinate with creative, content, and video teams for campaign execution.
- Conduct competitor analysis and monitor market trends to identify current marketing opportunities.




- Analyze campaign and marketing performance and provide actionable insights and recommendations.
- Prepare regular marketing performance reports and track campaign outcomes.
- Support website and e-commerce marketing activities, including traffic and conversion optimization.
- Identify opportunities to improve website traffic, lead generation, customer acquisition, and overall marketing performance.
- Work closely with internal teams to ensure effective execution of digital marketing campaigns.
- Stay updated with current digital marketing trends, advertising platforms, SEO practices, and performance marketing techniques.

Required Skills & Qualifications

- 1–3 years of professional experience in Digital Marketing.
- Strong practical knowledge of Meta Ads and Google Ads.
- Hands-on experience in campaign planning, execution, monitoring, and optimization.
- Good understanding of digital marketing strategy and performance marketing.
- Practical knowledge of SEO, keyword research, and website optimization.
- Experience with Google Analytics and Google Search Console.
- Ability to analyze campaign data and make data-driven marketing decisions.
- Understanding of key marketing metrics such as CPL, CPA, CTR, ROAS, conversion rate, and ROI.
- Good understanding of social media marketing and lead generation.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively with creative, content, sales, and other teams.

Candidates with a proven portfolio, campaign experience, or measurable marketing results will be preferred.
