Job Title: Tyre Maintenance In-Charge

Key Responsibilities

- Inspect and monitor the condition of tyres on trucks, trailers, and other heavy vehicles.
- Perform tyre repairs, puncture repairs, and tyre replacements as required.
- Check tyre pressure, tread depth, cuts, cracks, and uneven tyre wear.
- Ensure proper tyre fitting, removal, rotation, and wheel balancing.
- Monitor tyre wear and identify the reasons for premature tyre damage.
- Maintain records of tyre repairs, replacements, tyre numbers, and vehicle-wise tyre usage.
- Ensure proper maintenance and storage of recent, used, and retreaded tyres.
- Coordinate with drivers and maintenance teams regarding tyre-related issues.
- Monitor tyre stock and maintain records of tyre consumption and replacement.
- Ensure safe working practices during tyre repair, fitting, and removal.




- Coordinate with tyre vendors for repairs, retreading, and replacement when required.
- Maintain tools and equipment used for tyre repair and maintenance.

Required Experience and Skills

- Experience in heavy vehicle and truck tyre repair and maintenance.
- Knowledge of tyre fitting, puncture repair, tyre pressure checking, and retreading.
- Ability to identify tyre damage and uneven wear.
- Knowledge of truck and trailer tyre sizes and specifications.
- Ability to maintain tyre repair and replacement records.
- Knowledge of tyre safety procedures.

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
