Gayatri Industries manufactures porta cabins, portable offices and customised prefabricated building solutions. We are looking for an experienced sales professional to manage customer enquiries, prepare quotations, conduct technical discussions, negotiate and close orders, and guide our junior sales team.

Key Responsibilities

Understand customer requirements, including application, cabin size, layout, specifications and customisation.

Review drawings, BOQs and technical requirements; clarify inclusions and exclusions before quoting.

Prepare and review technical and commercial quotations.

Coordinate with production, design and costing teams to confirm feasibility, pricing and delivery commitments.

Follow up with new and existing customers, address objections and negotiate within approved limits.

Close orders while maintaining agreed margins and payment terms.

Guide junior sales staff in product knowledge, quotation preparation and customer communication.

Maintain enquiry records, quotation revisions and timely follow-ups.





Hand over confirmed orders and agreed specifications to the post-order CRM and execution team.

Support the CRM with technical and commercial clarifications when required.

Candidate Requirements

Minimum 4 years of relevant sales experience, preferably in porta cabins, prefab buildings, modular construction, PUF-panel buildings, PEB structures, cleanrooms or related building solutions.

Candidates from related industrial or project-sales businesses with solid technical understanding may also apply.

Ability to understand drawings, specifications and BOQs.

Experience in B2B customer handling, negotiation and order closure.

Understanding of pricing, margins, freight and payment terms.

Ability to explain technical details clearly and guide junior colleagues.

Working knowledge of Excel, email and sales-tracking tools.

Good spoken Hindi and written English; Gujarati would be an advantage.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹28,000.00 per month
