Key Responsibilities

- Plan, create, and publish engaging social media content.
- Develop captions, hashtags, creatives, and short-form video content.
- Manage and update the company's social media accounts.
- Research trending topics related to business, startups, finance, and entrepreneurship.
- Assist in preparing social media content calendars.
- Monitor audience engagement and respond to comments and messages professionally.
- Track social media performance and prepare basic analytics reports.
- Collaborate with the editorial, design, and marketing teams.
- Suggest creative ideas to improve brand visibility, reach, and engagement.

Requirements

- Strong interest in social media, digital marketing, and content creation.
- Good written and verbal communication skills.
- Basic knowledge of Instagram, LinkedIn, Facebook, and X.
- Familiarity with Canva and video-editing tools is an advantage.
- Creative thinking, attention to detail,



and willingness to learn.
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
