Job Description: Field Sales Officer (FMCG)

Role Overview:

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Field Sales Officer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in the Fast-Moving Consumer Goods (FMCG) sector, demonstrating the ability to manage territories, build strong retailer relationships, and drive consistent sales growth.

**Key Responsibilities:**

* Drive sales targets by actively visiting retail outlets and distribution points within the assigned territory.

* Identify new business opportunities and onboard new retail partners to expand market reach.

* Manage existing client relationships to ensure product availability and optimal shelf presence.

* Execute company marketing strategies and promotional activities at the point of sale.

* Monitor competitor activities and report market insights to the sales manager.

* Ensure timely order processing, product delivery coordination, and collection of payments.

* Maintain accurate daily, weekly,



and monthly sales reports and territory coverage logs.

**Required Qualifications:**

* Proven work experience as a Field Sales Officer or Sales Representative within the FMCG industry.

* In-depth knowledge of distribution networks and retail sales cycles.

* Strong communication and negotiation skills with a customer-centric approach.

* Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet aggressive sales targets.

* Valid driver’s license and access to a two-wheeler for field travel.

* Self-motivated, disciplined, and able to work independently with minimal supervision.

**Preferred Skills:**

* Familiarity with local retail geography and market trends.

* Proficiency in using mobile-based sales reporting applications.

* High level of integrity and professional ethics in business dealings.

Pay: ₹16,000.00 - ₹22,000.00 per month
