About Us
Property Pilot Venture Pvt. Ltd. is a growing real estate channel partner firm focused on primary property sales, developer relationships and customer acquisition. We are hiring an experienced, result-oriented AGM – Business Development for our Viman Nagar office to drive sales closures, represent senior management with developers, and expand our business across Pune and other cities.
Key Responsibilities
- Sales & Revenue: Achieve monthly, quarterly and annual targets; manage high-value clients and investors through to closure; track pipeline and conversions.
- Developer Relations: Represent the Director in developer meetings; build and strengthen tie-ups across Pune; negotiate CP terms (subject to management approval).
- Business Expansion: Research new cities and markets; prepare expansion plans, projections and market-entry recommendations.
- Deal Closures:
Lead client negotiations within approved limits and coordinate with sales, CRM and developer teams until booking and closure.
- Team Leadership: Guide sales and pre-sales teams on pitches, negotiation and closures; review performance regularly.
- Reporting: Submit regular sales and business development reports and forecasts; keep CRM records accurate.
Requirements
- 5+ years in real estate sales, business development or developer relationship management.
- Strong knowledge of the Pune market; established developer and builder sales team relationships preferred.
- Proven record in negotiations, closures and revenue generation; experience handling high-value clients.
- Graduate in any discipline; MBA (Marketing / Sales / Business Management) is an advantage.
- Excellent communication, negotiation and leadership skills; proficient in MS Excel, PowerPoint and CRM.
- Willing to travel within Pune and to other cities.
Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹80,000.00 per month
