Job Responsibilities

- Welcome members and visitors, ensuring a friendly and professional front-office experience.
- Handle membership enquiries, follow-ups, and current membership sales.
- Explain membership plans, packages, and ongoing offers to prospective clients.
- Generate leads and convert enquiries into memberships.
- Manage calls, WhatsApp enquiries, appointments, and member registrations.
- Maintain member records, payment details, and daily front-office operations.
- Build strong relationships with members and support member retention.
- Coordinate with the fitness team to ensure smooth day-to-day operations.

Requirements

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Good sales, convincing, and customer-handling abilities.




- Basic computer knowledge, Excel and familiarity with WhatsApp.
- A positive attitude, professional appearance, and willingness to learn.
- Previous experience in front office, customer service, or sales is preferred.
- Freshers with the right attitude and confidence are welcome to apply.
- Age Criteria 20 - 29 year old Preferred
