We are looking for a proactive and result-oriented Sales & Business Development Executive to manage incoming leads, communicate with potential customers, generate business opportunities, and support the company's sales growth.
Key Responsibilities:
Contact and follow up with potential customers and leads received through business platforms.
Understand customer requirements, explain products or services, and convert inquiries into sales opportunities.
Prepare quotations, business proposals, and other sales-related documents.
Maintain and update customer records, lead details, follow-ups, and sales data in Excel and the CRM portal.
Build and maintain robust relationships with existing and prospective customers.
Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely responses to customer inquiries and smooth order processing.
Track sales activities, follow-ups,
and lead conversion status.
Assist in identifying new business opportunities and improving sales performance.
Perform other day-to-day administrative and business development activities as required.
Required Skills:
Good communication and convincing skills.
Basic knowledge of MS Excel, CRM portals, and email communication.
Ability to handle customer inquiries and follow-ups professionally.
Strong organizational skills and a target-oriented approach.
Preferred Experience: Freshers and experienced candidates with an interest in sales and business development may apply.
Pay: ₹5,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
