Responsibilities:
- Guide candidates regarding career opportunities and recruitment services
- Understand candidate profiles, career goals & requirements
- Explain our career services and enrollment process
- Follow up with potential candidates and maintain relationships
- Convert qualified leads into enrollments
- Maintain accurate candidate records and daily reports
Requirements:
- Excellent communication & interpersonal skills
- Positive convincing and negotiation abilities
- Sales / Career Counseling / Recruitment experience preferred
- Comfortable working in US time zones
- Freshers with strong communication skills can also apply
Salary: ₹15,000 – ₹50,000 + Incentives
