- Experience: Strictly 2 to 4 years of total trade finance experience in a Platform or NBFC. Candidates outside this bracket will be auto-rejected.
- Segment: Must have direct sales experience acquiring Anchor Clients & OEMs.
- Domain: Must have hands-on experience in TReDS / M1xchange / NBFC / Platform etc. in Trade Finance.

Job Purpose

To drive trade finance origination by acquiring Anchor corporates and OEMs, structuring their working capital limits, and facilitating Supply Chain Finance (SCF), Dealer Finance, and Machinery Leasing for their ecosystems.

Key Responsibilities

- Origination & Onboarding: Identify, pitch, and onboard corporate Anchors and OEMs to Dulcet’s trade finance and digital lending platforms.
- Deal Structuring: Structure bespoke B2B credit solutions including Supply Chain Finance (supplier early payments), Dealer/Channel Finance, and Machinery Leasing.
- Execution & Integration: Drive the end-to-end onboarding of Anchors/OEMs onto TReDS/M1xchange or equivalent NBFC/Platform structures, ensuring seamless integration with their suppliers and dealers.
- Credit & Risk Coordination: Gather financials (CMA data,



audited reports), liaise with internal Credit & Risk teams for underwriting, and drive timely sanction and disbursal.
- Portfolio Management: Achieve targeted AUM growth, maintain asset quality, and ensure regulatory compliance on all onboarded Anchor portfolios.

Eligibility & Skills

- Education: MBA (Finance) or degree equivalent.
- Background: 2 to 4 years in Trade Finance, Corporate Banking, or B2B lending within an NBFC or Fintech Platform.
- Mandatory Skills: Hands-on experience in TReDS / M1xchange / NBFC / Platform etc. in finance, solid understanding of working capital cycles, balance sheet analysis, and Anchor/OEM deal structuring.
- Network: Existing relationships with Corporate Treasuries, CFOs, or Procurement Heads in the applied location.
