# Job Description: Associate Graphic Designer

## About the Role

We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented Associate Graphic Designer to join the COAL Clean Beauty team. The candidate should have a strong understanding of visual design, typography, layout, and brand aesthetics, with the ability to translate marketing briefs into impactful visual assets across digital and print platforms.

## Key Responsibilities

- **Social Media Design:** Create engaging creatives for Instagram, social media campaigns, digital advertisements, and promotional activities.

- **Packaging Design:** Assist with product packaging, labels, and print-ready artwork while maintaining brand consistency.

- **Digital & E-commerce Creatives:** Design website banners, product visuals, online promotional assets, and marketing collaterals.

- **Campaign Execution:** Support product launches, seasonal campaigns, and marketing initiatives through creative design.

- **Brand Consistency:** Follow brand guidelines and maintain consistency across all consumer touchpoints.

- **Creative Collaboration:** Work closely with the marketing team to translate briefs into effective visual communication.





- **Quality & Delivery:** Manage multiple assignments, meet deadlines, and ensure accuracy in all final deliverables.

## Skills & Requirements

- Minimum 2 years of professional graphic design experience.

- Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop and Adobe Illustrator.

- A strong portfolio showcasing graphic design, branding, social media creatives, and preferably packaging.

- Positive understanding of typography, colour theory, composition, and visual hierarchy.

- Experience with beauty, skincare, cosmetics, FMCG, or D2C brands is preferred.

- Strong attention to detail, time management, and communication skills.

- Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.

- Availability to work full-time from the New Delhi office.
