Job Summary:
We are hiring a Senior Pricing Executive to manage ocean freight rate procurement, optimize profit margins and deliver competitive quotes for our NVOCC operations.

Key Responsibilities

- Procure ocean freight rates (FCL/LCL) by negotiating directly with shipping lines and co-loaders.
- Formulate accurate quotes and strategic pricing structures for sales teams, agents, and RFQ tenders.
- Monitor market trends and carrier surcharges (GRI, BAF) to proactively adjust pricing strategies.
- Maintain internal rate databases to ensure accurate billing and zero system discrepancies.
- Support trade lane development by analyzing lane profitability and space allocations.

Requirements

- 2+ years of experience in freight procurement/pricing within an NVOCC or freight forwarder.
- Deep knowledge of ocean trade lanes, Incoterms, and carrier contracts.
- Solid negotiation and analytical skills with high attention to detail.
