JOB DESCRIPTION: TRAINING MANAGER

Location: Pune, Maharashtra | Travel across Maharashtra and India as required
Experience: 3–7 years
Salary: ₹30,000–₹40,000 per month + performance incentives
Reports to: Director / Management

Role Overview

Responsible for managing robotics, AI and STEM training programmes across schools, colleges and institutional clients, ensuring quality delivery, trainer performance, student learning outcomes and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

- Plan and manage training schedules, trainer deployment and programme execution across multiple locations.
- Manage and mentor trainers; conduct induction, training, performance reviews and skill development.
- Ensure quality delivery of robotics, AI, electronics, Python, IoT and STEM programmes as per approved curriculum.
- Coordinate with schools, colleges, principals, faculty and institutional clients to maintain strong relationships and resolve issues.
- Monitor student attendance, assessments, projects, feedback and learning outcomes.
- Manage robotics kits, laboratory equipment, inventory and training resources.
- Maintain accurate records, CRM/LMS updates and weekly/monthly management reports.
- Coordinate with technical, sales, HR and operations teams to meet delivery timelines and budgets.
- Ensure student safety, professional conduct,



confidentiality and protection of Company intellectual property.
- Support customer retention, operational efficiency and expansion of training programmes.

Required Qualifications & Skills

- Bachelor's degree or diploma in Engineering, Electronics, Computer Science, Robotics, IT or a related field.
- Experience in technical training, STEM education, trainer management or training operations.
- Working knowledge of robotics, Arduino, Python, AI, IoT and project-based learning.
- Solid leadership, communication, planning, problem-solving and reporting skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office/Google Workspace; familiarity with LMS and CRM systems.
- Ability to travel, manage multiple assignments and work effectively as a team player.

Key Performance Indicators

Training completion and quality, trainer productivity, student outcomes, institutional satisfaction, timely reporting, deployment efficiency and cost control.

Ideal Candidate: A proactive, accountable and organised professional capable of independently managing trainers, institutional relationships and multi-location training operations, new product development.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
