- Handled JustDial (JD) and online service inquiries.
- Scheduled and confirmed service appointments as per customer convenience.
- Explained service packages, offers, and pickup & drop facilities.
- Coordinated with service advisors and workshop team for smooth operations.
- Maintained daily call reports and updated customer data in CRM/Excel.
- Followed up with pending customers to increase service bookings.
- Collected customer feedback after service completion.
- Ensured high customer satisfaction through qualified communication.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹14,000.00 - ₹16,000.00 per month
