- Sell movie tickets through POS systems.
- Assist customers in selecting show timings, seating, and ticket categories.
- Process payments through cash, card, UPI, and other approved payment methods.
- Handle ticket cancellations, exchanges, and customer inquiries according to company policies.
Concession Sales
- Promote and sell snacks, beverages, combo meals, and other concession items.
- Upsell premium products and promotional offers to maximize revenue.
- Maintain product availability and coordinate replenishment when required.
Customer Service
- Greet customers in a friendly and professional manner.
- Address guest complaints and escalate issues to the supervisor when necessary.
- Provide accurate information regarding movies, showtimes, offers, and cinema policies.
Cash Handling & Reporting
- Handle cash transactions accurately and responsibly.
- Reconcile daily sales collections and prepare end-of-shift reports.
- Ensure compliance with company cash-handling procedures.
Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹13,000.00 per month
