Job Description: Business Development Manager (BDM)

About Us: We are seeking a dynamic, results-driven, and ambitious Business Development Manager (BDM) to join our growing team in Thane West. In this role, you will play a crucial part in driving our company's expansion, identifying new business opportunities, building strategic partnerships, and increasing revenue.

Key Responsibilities:

- Identify, research, and pitch new business opportunities, clients, and strategic partnerships.
- Develop and execute a robust growth strategy focused on financial gain and customer satisfaction.
- Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with key clients and stakeholders.
- Conduct market research to identify industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging customer needs.
- Collaborate with internal teams (marketing, operations, and leadership) to design customized proposals and ensure seamless service delivery.
- Meet and exceed monthly, quarterly,



and annual sales and revenue targets.

Requirements & Qualifications:

- Bachelor’s / Master’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Finance, or a related field.
- Proven track record (2+ years) in business development, sales, or B2B client acquisition.
- Exceptional communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Strong commercial awareness and target-driven mindset.
- Ability to commute conveniently to Thane West.
