Job Summary

The Performance Marketer will plan, execute, and optimize paid marketing campaigns to increase product awareness, generate leads, and support business growth. The ideal candidate should have a basic understanding of digital advertising, data analysis, and online lead generation.

Key Responsibilities

- Plan and manage advertising campaigns on Google Ads, Meta Ads (Facebook and Instagram), and other relevant platforms.
- Generate qualified leads for the company's SaaS products and software solutions.
- Research target audiences, competitors, keywords, and market trends.
- Create and test ad copy, headlines, and campaign creatives with the content and design teams.
- Monitor campaign performance, including CPC, CTR, CPL, conversion rates, and ROAS.
- Optimize campaigns and advertising budgets to improve results and reduce cost per lead.
- Track campaign conversions and analyze marketing performance using analytics tools.
- Conduct A/B testing to improve advertisements and audience targeting.
- Prepare weekly and monthly campaign performance reports.
- Coordinate with the sales team to evaluate lead quality and track conversions.

Skills and Qualifications

- Any degree in Marketing, Business Administration,



or a related field.
- Basic knowledge of digital marketing and paid advertising.
- Familiarity with Google Ads and Meta Ads Manager.
- Knowledge of Google Analytics 4, Google Tag Manager, and conversion tracking is an advantage.
- Basic Excel or Google Sheets skills for reporting and analysis.
- Analytical thinking, communication skills, and a willingness to learn.
- Ability to work towards marketing targets and measurable results.

Experience

- Freshers: Candidates with digital marketing knowledge, certifications, practical projects, or a strong interest in performance marketing can apply.
- 1–2 Years: Candidates with hands-on experience in paid advertising, lead generation, campaign optimization, or digital marketing analytics are preferred.
