We are looking for an experienced Retail Sales Representative to join our team. Candidates with experience in textile sales, customer service, and showroom operations are preferred.

Responsibilities

- Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable products.
- Explain product features, quality, prices, designs, and available options.
- Handle customer inquiries and provide excellent customer service.
- Achieve daily/monthly sales targets.
- Maintain attractive and organized product displays.
- Handle billing, sales transactions, and customer orders.
- Maintain product and stock records.
- Coordinate with the store and warehouse team for product availability.
- Build good relationships with customers and encourage repeat business.

Requirements





- candidate with a pleasant and customer-friendly personality.
- Previous experience in textile, retail, showroom, or sales is preferred.
- Valuable communication and interpersonal skills.
- Basic knowledge of sales and customer handling.
- Ability to understand customer needs and recommend products.
- Basic computer knowledge is an advantage.
- Presentable, punctual, responsible, and willing to learn.
- Ability to work as part of a team and meet sales targets.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
