Role Summary
We are looking for an experienced Paper Digitization Expert – Manager to manage end-to-end digitization projects involving document preparation, scanning, image processing, OCR, indexing, metadata creation and quality control. The role will be responsible for project delivery, manpower, productivity, quality, timelines, security and client coordination..

Key Responsibilities

- Lead end-to-end paper/document digitization, scanning, indexing and metadata projects.
- Plan project workflows, manpower, equipment, capacity and timelines.
- Manage document preparation, scanning, image enhancement, OCR, indexing and QC operations.
- Define and monitor productivity, accuracy, quality and SLA/TAT targets.
- Manage and mentor Supervisors, Team Leaders, Operators and QC teams.
- Coordinate with clients and internal stakeholders on document specifications, processes and project requirements.
- Monitor daily operations, backlog, productivity, quality and manpower performance.
- Identify process gaps and implement technology, automation and process improvements.
- Ensure proper handling, movement, tracking, confidentiality and security of physical and digital records.
- Prepare and review MIS, dashboards and management reports.
- Troubleshoot operational and technical issues and ensure timely resolution.
- Ensure compliance with project SOPs, client requirements and information-security guidelines..

- Graduate with 4–5 years of relevant experience in document digitization, scanning, archival digitization, records management or document processing.
- Should have proven experience managing large-scale digitization projects and teams.
- Strong understanding of scanning, OCR, indexing, metadata and QC processes.
- Experience handling project productivity, quality, manpower and client requirements.
- Candidates from BPO/Data Processing, Document Management, Government Digitization, Archives or Records Management projects may be considered.

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
