About us
Creative Point is a digital marketing agency (SEO, paid ads, web development) and a training academy (Digital Marketing, Web Development and more). We are hiring an HR Executive to manage team work tracking, student admissions, and placements.

What you will do

Team operations

- Collect daily and weekly work reports from the SEO, Ads, and Web Development teams
- Check output against targets and deadlines, and follow up on delayed work
- Maintain trackers in Excel/Google Sheets and send performance summaries to management

Admissions

- Reach out to colleges, institutes, and job portals to bring in students and interns
- Handle enquiries (calls, WhatsApp, email) and counsel students and parents until admission
- Coordinate walk-ins, interviews, and onboarding

Placements

- Contact companies and recruiters to collect job and internship openings
- Prepare students (resume, mock interviews)



and arrange interviews
- Track placement status of every student

What we need

- 1-2 years in HR, recruitment or operations
- Valuable communication in English and Tamil
- Confident in follow-ups and cold outreach
- Working knowledge of Excel/Google Sheets, WhatsApp Business, and email
- Any degree (HR or Business Administration preferred)
- Experience in a training institute or digital agency is a plus
